With over 30 years of service, the Valley Referee Association (VRA) is recognized as the top soccer referee association in Southern CA. We operate from Pasadena to Thousand Oaks and then north through Santa Clarita and Simi Valley. Our referees are assigned to the top youth and adult leagues and tournaments. Our monthly meetings keep our members up to speed on the Laws of the Game. Our instructors are certified and also include current MLS referees.
