With over 30 years of service, the Valley Referee Association (VRA) is recognized as the top soccer referee association in Southern CA. We operate from Pasadena to Thousand Oaks and north through Santa Clarita and Simi Valley. Our referees are assigned to the top youth & adult leagues and tournaments. Our instructors are certified and also include current MLS referees.
