The SOCAL State Cup is the premier youth soccer competition in Southern California, hosted by SOCAL soccer league and sanctioned by US Club Soccer. The tournament is held from January 24 to April 19, 2026. Games will be played at premier sports facilities in Southern California, including Galway Downs, Silverlakes, SoCal Sports Complex, and Surf Sports Park.
> Check-In: Officials must check in with the on-site referee coordinators at the fields at least one hour prior to their first scheduled kickoff.
> On-Site Management: Please be advised that Board Members (Mark, Hector, Luis, and Sevada) will not be present at this event. Officials are expected to manage their assignments and schedules with complete independence and professionalism.
> Compensation: All matches for this tournament are cash-on-the-field.
> Professionalism: As a representative of the Association, you are expected to maintain the highest standards of conduct, proper officiating attire, and technical performance throughout the weekend.
> Crew Structure: To maximize travel efficiency, we intend to deploy crews of three. Carpooling is highly recommended.
> Field Allocation: We have been assigned two fields for this opening round. Depending on the final availability count, we may "double-assign" officials to ensure full coverage across all matches.
VRA is requiring all referees to register within the GotSport system. While games will continue to be assigned via ArbiterSports, registration in GotSport is mandatory for assignors to finalize match coverage.
